About using the online application

• Service areas
Service is restricted to the following areas in Tokyo:

- 23 wards of Tokyo
- 26 municipalities in the Tama Area

• To apply for service at multiple locations (contracts), please submit one application for each contract.
• Online applications are accepted 24 hours a day. However, please note that we may be unable to accept applications at certain times, such as during system maintenance or update.
• Online applications are not accepted in the following cases. Please contact the Customer Service Center.
• The application cannot be submitted because of the customer's operating environment.
• The purpose is to change the name of the person in whose name the current water service is billed.
• Your water supply contract is based on the Water Supply Ordinance of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the regulations for its enforcement.

• Online applications to obtain water service for new construction (water construction) will not be accepted.

• Please prepare a document (e.g., Notice of your water and sewage consumption, water bill) showing the customer account number for the address where service is to be stopped.

• If you move from one to another of the above service areas, you can apply to stop and start water service at the same time.
